Please note that shipping of books may take up to 2-4 weeks due to high demand. Please allow for 2-5 business days for processing of orders. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays. A tracking number will be given for all orders via the email you have provided during checkout.
If it has been more than 4 weeks, please contact our processing department at email@example.com. Be sure to put your order number within the subject line of the email. We will respond to all emails within 24 to 48 hours.
All items purchased are nonexchangeable and nonrefundable.
Damaged/ Lost or Stolen Products/Packages
For each purchase, there is a flat rate shipping price that includes USPS Tracking. Please be mindful to use any other insurance options for the safe delivery of your packages. If your package is lost/stolen after being delivered to the post office or while you are home we cannot be responsible; a claim with USPS will have to be made. Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact the post office about issues regarding your package. Sadly, we have no information about your package. Once given to the post office they would be of better assistance to you. If you choose any outside insurance options please contact the selected insurance carrier to file your claims. However, if your package and item is damaged upon receipt, you will receive a refund or items will be resent based on eligibility. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have experienced a damaged product/item when it was sent.
If, by chance, address information for an order has been entered incorrectly within the checkout page or if an order has been missed and returned to the Hueman Writers, Ltd. headquarters, we will refund you for the items purchased minus a $7.50 service fee. Please be mindful and careful when typing your address when completing a purchase as we would hate for you to repay for shipping. A refund on your initial shipping payment will not occur as this has been paid to USPS and if your product was scanned and shipped within the USPS facility, USPS will not refund the postal fee.
